The first president, George Washington and the first Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton had similar ideas that joined them together. Events that shaped national stability during these founding fathers life were; George Washington contributed by creating the first governmental cabinet, George Washington's Farewell Address, Shay's Rebellion, Bill of Rights and Jay and Pinckney's Treaty. Alexander Hamilton made the first National Bank and his financial program. George Washington's first step in creating Stability among America was by creating a cabinet. These people he nominated and elected to be a part of his cabinet were to aid him in major decisions. Washington believed he needed a "right hand man" to say the least. The cabinet he created was his right hand man pretty much. The stability it created in the American Government was presidents down the road could further their thoughts on the decisions they would make with the help of the cabinet.
