Analysis: Employee A meets the minimum requirement of being employed by Company X for two years.
This team will consist of at least two members and will not exceed twenty five percent of the current workforce. The ethics team will be responsible internal audits, investigations, and the reporting of misconduct. The ethics team will be available twenty four hours a day via telephone and email. The reporting of misconduct will require the ethics team to interview the informer of misconduct on the next business day. The ethics team will then have seven days to conduct an internal investigation.
