Then Kaku states that force fields can do more than deflecting laser beams because it can levitate objects by the use of magnetic force fields. To support that, he explains that when we place two magnets opposite to each other, the two magnets will repel each other. However he wrote that making force fields and to levitate heavy objects is nearly impossible since we lack advanced technology. For my response, Kaku doesn’t completely explain everything. Suppose that you have a structure on a planet or a spaceship in the middle of nowhere, and suppose you don't want the force field on all the time either because there are times when protection isn't needed.

The brain does work similar to a machine in some ways. Like a machine, the brain reacts to situations and events by using information programmed into the brain. Like a machine that individuals program with information, the brain is programmed with information that individuals learn or information individuals gather based on experiences in life. The difference is that individuals can adapt to changes in the environment, society, and organization, whereas a machine requires individuals to make these changes for them. I cannot think of too many metaphors that describe the function of the human brain.
Armed with a phaser, Kirk and his colleagues had the ability to kill or more desirably, stun their adversaries and render them incapacitated” (Briggs, 2009). Just like the article depicts, who would have every thought that a gun filled with electricity could ever be invented. “In the 1960s, a New-Wave movement in science fiction promoted avant-garde literary experimentation, criticism of technology, and an interest in the social rather than in the physical sciences” (Bainbridge, 1982). This article displays how humans feel toward the advancement of technology and their attitudes towards the concept of machines replacing humans in the working

Enumerated Preview: I will talk to you today about what wormholes are, how they exist and what they can do. Body: 1.Theoretically, a wormhole is a passage through space-time that could create shortcuts for long journeys across the universe. A. Transition: I just told you the definition of a wormhole, now I will talk to you about how they can exist.
