We train all our firefighters to be adapt at taking control of a life or death situation and stay calm against all odds. Obviously this is one of the most important things that I bring to the table as a Firefighter. ii. You people need a levelheaded leader that can adapt to any and all situations no matter how stressful and make informed and well thought out decisions that could mean life or death for many people. 2.
The importance of following the rules and chain of command of the military The Chain of Command is the lifeblood of the avail. It is the course of communications that has the military one working as a team: information goes up the Chain, and Commands and Instruction go down the Chain. It is also the Order of the actions of the Unit. Without a working Chain of Command, a unit will have its member’s pregnancy to all directions, doing all kinds of things and getting nowhere. Without a chain of command, each military member would have no remote idea on what to do to accomplish a certain task.
These numbers need to be reduced to keep quality of life at a high state and makes the workplace safe for all. Commanders lead by displaying honor and discipline. Making those troops that they lead aware of the consequences of this issue will show support for anyone who becomes a victim. It will also make them better
There are many control measures in place in a custodial environment to ensure the safety of everyone, control measures are needed as they will receive effective responses and it makes sure there is equal treatment for all prisoners. Control is needed in a custodial care environment as people are sent there for a reason because they have wronged society, having them do whatever they want is not a punishment. An advantage of having control in the prison is that the staff will always have authority over the prisoners, which is vital as they must be able to enforce discipline. Another advantage of having control is that they can keep an account of offences that prisoners have committed, this comes in useful when reviewing the prisoner, for example
DISCIPLINE IS BEING CONSIDERED AS A PRIMARY REQUISITE IN EACH MILITARY BRANCH. ESPECIALLY, DURING ANY MILITARY TRAINING, DISCIPLINE IS BEING REQUIRED. SO, TO SHOW HOW WELL OF A DISCIPLINED SOLDIER YOU ARE IN FRONT OF YOUR NCO'S AND SENIOR NCO'S YOU HAVE TO BE PUNCTUAL. PUNCTUALITY PLAYS A VITAL ROLE IN EVERY SOLDIERS LIFE. THE ROAD TO BECOMING A WELL SEASONED SOLDIER AND LEADER IS VERY TOUGH AND GRUELING AND IS FILLED WITH ALL TYPES OF SETBACKS AND SLIP UPS.
Any concerns raised must be looked into thoroughly and in depth. It has made methods of working very strict for anyone who works in care. New and updated rules are in place, Care workers have a code of conduct to follow with company’s required to train them in certain fields before they are allowed to care for others. Care companies now receive regular inspections to ensure that they are following and maintaining the level of care by following relevant laws and legislations. The opinion of the general public has been widely affected by the abuse scandal at Winterbourne View, some people have removed their family members from care homes refusing to keep them somewhere they might not be safe.
In my opinion, I totally agree that there should be discipline within any of the uniformed public services as it ensures that each service is run efficiently. Members of the uniformed public services must have a very high level of self-discipline if they want to continue to have the public's trust in them, otherwise there wouldn't be any point to have these public services if the public don't even trust them as they wouldn't be relying on these services for help. This in my opinion could lead to the general public getting into more danger as there wouldn't be anyone to help with the situation. Discipline also helps the members of the uniformed public services to gain respect as well as having respect for others. Having discipline, especially in the uniformed public services furthermore helps to make the members follow the rules and regulations seriously and accordingly in order to maintain their good reputation and trust of the general
Sometimes this style is also described as autocratic. It is a common leadership style and is used when a leader needs to keep as much power as possible and keep control over the decision making. Subordinates are expected to obey orders without arguing back or in need of an explanation to do what they have been ordered to do. In the public services this leadership maybe used when you have all the information to solve the problem or you are working to a deadline. This is not an effective way to get the best result from a team, but it has some advantages in situations where there is pressure to get the task done, like in the armed forces.
but your CPL's are where your your main work comes from. Their the ones right there next to the troops doing the dirty work side by side while still supervising every peice of work or mission that is being done. to be a CPL you need to be efficiant at your MOS. know anything and almost everything bout what yyou have to do. also they need to be physicaly fit, running
We should all respect one another for the different jobs we fulfil because we are all aiming for the same outcome which is patient care. Outcome 2.1 S It is extremely important to adhere to the agreed scope of the job role as the individual has been trained to do so. There has been boundaries that have been put into place which need to be kept. If the individual strays from this it could be very dangerous as they havant been trained to do so and there is also legal implications with performing tasks which we are not trained to
