Introduction In clinical practice, the help for oncology patients with mucositis is in demand. Therefore, it is interesting to further study about this. As a student, the writer is encouraged to critique published studies on relevant clinical topics. Thus, it will improve the writer’s ability to determine how the accumulated empirical evidence can be used in practice (Burns and Grove, 2007). Research “Chemotherapy: the effect of oral cryotherapy on the development of mucositis” (Karagozoglu and Ulusoy, 2005) was chosen for this assignment.

The "Is National Health Insurance Socialized Medicine?” (2011) website “rationing in U.S. health care is based on income: if you can afford care, you get it; if you can’t, you don’t. I believe that the medications I am prescribed for my health issues present me with biological factors which influence my sleep patterns. I also deal with quite a bit of stress in my life. One stress factor for both my husband and I, is financial stress. Financial stress, along with looking for employment, or trying to do the best job possible once employed, contributes to environmental factors which influence sleep patterns. While doing research for this paper, I stumbled upon an article written by Robert Libbon regarding Americans and sleep patterns.
I have read some interviews from other SANEs online and many of them admit that it is a very stressful job. It is emotionally draining and dealing with the patients can at times be frustrating when they will not cooperate, but at the end of the day it is so rewarding knowing that you are helping to put a criminal in jail. I understand that there is a lot that will go into getting my degree and certifications and I am prepared to take on that challenge. I also know that when I begin working I will have to deal with some pretty terrifying stories of assault, I will be a part of the patient’s support system, I will have to be very knowledgeable about the sexual assault laws in each state I work in, I will have to be able to develop a plan to keep the patient safe, and still manage to do all of the paperwork and tend to my other patients in the emergency room. It has always been my passion to help others in need.
