Rick strengths are his excellent communication skills, computer knowledgeable and a strong desire to provide for his family. Rick weakness is his limited motor skills that may pose a problem with entering data and lack of job experience. After evaluating each candidate strengths and weaknesses I believe Rick possess the relative skills to work in a largely unsupervised position of working at home. He also performed experiments using the model planes he had made. Through these activities he was preparing for what would be a distinguished career in aeronautics, or the design, construction, and navigation of aircrafts.
