Corn Maze Narrative

It was a cold, dark, Halloween night, when my friends and I decided to go to a haunted corn maze. “I heard that it was super creepy,” I say. But still, we were all excited because we love scary things. We waited in line for hours. It wasn’t such a big deal though because we wanted to have fun. After 3 hours of waiting, we entered. “Let’s all stay together, okay?” whispers Maikayla. Everyone agrees. But, it didn’t go as planned. We all walked in, and I got jerked to the side. Everyone was pulled in different directions. I was all by myself. I kept whispering to myself, “I can get through this.” This one monster, he looked like a cat that had just got ran over by a car, jumped out and hit me. I pushed him, but all he did was throw me in some corn. It was awful. Now, it is raining. Not too hard, but it is still raining. I’m am soaking wet, when I hear a voice. The voice was a little, soft, quiet voice. I couldn’t make out what the voice was saying. Then, I saw it. It was a ghost. I ran as fast as I could! There was no way out of this maze. I had been in here for 3 hours, and nowhere close to getting out. I hid behind some corn. The ghost looks around, trying to find me. I grab my cell phone, and try to call Maikayla and the twins! It wouldn’t work. It was pitch black. I was terrified. The ghost had left now. But still, I was alone. I started to walk. I saw a little bit of light. I try to walk towards it, but she was back. The ghost. And she was whispering my name. I try to creep by her, but she catches a glimpse of me. She turned in my direction. “Get out of my maze!” she shouted at me. Her maze? This was her maze? Yeah right! I wasn’t quite scared of her anymore. So, I just kept walking towards that light. I start yelling “Help!”, but I hear no one. The light kept getting bigger and bigger and BIGGER.
