Christianity: The One True Religion Christianity is the one true religion. You’re probably thinking, “Well, how do you know that?” I know this because the bible says so, in many places. One example of that is in Romans, chapter six. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” This is saying that if we sin, and don’t ask God for forgiveness, the penalty is, and always will be, death. If you are a Christian, your salvation is a gift from God, meaning that you can be saved no matter your race, sexual preference, age, gender, or religion. If you are Buddhist however, your salvation must be worked for through the “elimination of all desire.” If you are Islamic, you will receive salvation “when your good deeds outnumber the bad ones”. It says “For God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” This verse basically says the same thing as John chapter three. That we are all sinners and Christ came into the world to forgive our sins. Another example is second Corinthians chapter five. It says “God made Him who had no sin to be sin, or be a sin offering for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God.” Have you ever heard the Ten Commandments? If not, here they
