The absence of both innovation and change in an organisations development can be the difference between being a leader in their field of business, failure to keep up with competitors, create stagnation or cause decline in their existing success. Innovation is about forward thinking and can be defined as making changes to something already established by introducing something new. Ideas for making change do not have to be complicated and processes do not have to be reinvented. Sometimes small ideas can have a big change when implemented correctly. Identifying where change needs to be made is not always obvious in an organisation.
The greatest and the latest is not always the best for companies. While it is important to have the most up to date, it is also important not to go over the total budget allotted for the service request. Doing proper research on all of the different types and styles of equipment for the various appliances being purchased is going to help save on total cost. Risk is going to be that too much money is going to be spent for the equipment or not enough money is going to be available to purchase all the necessary appliances. In order to mitigate this risk, doing the proper research will be key as it will serve a great purpose to the company.
The stress of the audit partner is tremendous and choosing that profession is one that I would prefer not to undertake. The anxiety and pressure to certify that a company’s financial records are in good standing can be daunting. 3.) Independent auditors are sometimes perceived as the “necessary evil” by corporate executives because of the possibility of exposing corruption. To change this point of view an auditor can try to explain their intent to educate and improve the company’s policies, which can in turn lower costs.
The company at hat served the public best would be favored in a competitive situation C. My opinion is that there should be a balance between competition and government involvement. A competitive situation would keep utility employees striving to satisfy the needs of their customer. Without competition some employees could become indifferent to customer satisfaction as the customer can not go anywhere else. Government involvement would be important by setting standards that must be adhered to by competing companies as far as level of service and also ensure that the competing companies can not fix pricing to consumers and artificially control what the consumer will

CONCLUSION-RESULTS 6. REFERENCES I.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The chance of change for an entity, either a person or a company/organization, is rare and, as a result, valuable. It must be respected and, especially for the companies that concern us, should be used as the only way to evolution and sustainability. If a possible change is for the benefit of the company, it should be immediately implemented, taking under consideration the inner resistances, which should be dealt with as well.
The opportunity is if you change negative conversations to positive, you can change the culture for the better. However the challenges is; if you don't change the dialogs between management and the corporate culture, the culture will not change and conversations that do not support the desired changes will make progress particularly hard to achieve and (2) encourage formal and informal action-based learning. Action-based learning has become an important tool for helping employees understand the implementation of culture development. In other words, the employee studies their own actions and experience in order to improve performance. I would argue a culture of
Roger Garvin August 10, 2014 Career Plan: Reflection Paper Rough Draft Professional Objectives are being financial stable, maintaining good customer service and, possessing a backup. Being financially stable is a goal/ objective for any company or owner. It will not be worth it if the company or employees are not paid for what their work is worth. This can cause issues from having workers who are either to lazy or work too hard. Another objective is to maintain good customer service which can make or break a business of any kind.
This is threatening because it creates a fear of the unknown future as well as failures. Change can also be annoying if someone else is trying to tell us how to do our job better when the existing way of doing business may have suited us just fine. To effectively and efficiently implement change, it is therefore important to understand the reasons why individuals resist change. I will briefly describe the four common reasons for resistance to change and then discuss methods for overcoming resistance to change2. Reasons for resistance to change Resistance to change is a reaction.
We need an option, and being optimistic may give us false promises or facades to see one thing and create inability to be resilient with the other available options. Being realistic is also applicable in our relationships. When relating to people, we can always see good things within our friends, yet similar to all things, humans are not perfect. The realistic outlook can help us understand human imperfection and not overestimate the relationship so that it can’t let us as down as not being able to move on at all. There are cases where our loved ones pass away or they are far away from us.
