There are children in America who are starving and are malnourished no matter how much they eat. This is exactly what happens to children and adults affected by Celiac Sprue. Thesis Statement: It is important to understand how Celiac Sprue affects children in order to provide the proper nutrition to them as they grow and to teach them how important it is to choose to eat gluten free foods throughout their lives.
