Ms. Mary S. Golden RHT 101 September 8, 2012 M/W/F 9 a.m. If you ever needed help with anything or any advice, Paul Grayson was the person to go to. He was a remarkable human being. Mr. Grayson passed away the night of August 26, 2012 at 8:16 p.m. at the age of 65. He was heading home from the animal shelter where he volunteered almost every day, when an accident occurred. A drunk driver going 75 miles per hour rear ended Mr. Grayson’s car causing him to fly through the windshield. He died instantly. Mr. Grayson was a cheerful man. He was never seen without a smile on his face. Mr. Grayson loved animals. He had 3 dogs and 2 cats that he loved dearly. He could almost always be found spending his afternoons volunteering in the animal shelter. He supported the ASPCA, (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.)…show more content…
Grayson played the piano and organ and he gave private lessons to numerous people. He was his church’s organist and loved to play Bach and Mozart. He directed adult’s and children’s concerts because he had all the patience in the world to do so. He was a devoted music lover. Mr. Grayson will always be remembered for everything he did. He had no family, only his pets; however, in a way, the entire community was his family because he helped and loved them. Funeral arrangements have been made and services will be held and Melrose Park Funeral Home on August 28th at 6 p.m. and mass will be help at Melrose Park Catholic Church August 29th at 12 p.m. Donations are welcome. Paul Grayson will be forever
