Do we become used to bad news? Would it be better if more good news was reported… “If ears don’t hear one word at least per day, they can be deaf”. This is proverb which i wanted to start my essay with. Our daily life consists of relations between us and the people around us. While we speak with them or contact, we hear a lot of information from these people. Maybe some of information are familiar to us. But some of them we hear for the first time. It is clear that all the news can’t be good. News can be bad or good. Let’s imagine that we’re going to hear some good news and bad news. Which would we prefer to hear first? It’s a little difficult choice. Reactions to the news also differ. We can strongly feel about some news. Maybe we can hear some news that it doesn’t bother us so much. It is called “sitting on the fence”. Each person has different emotions and feelings about news. Let’s imagine we have heard the news. On the one hand this news can make someone to feel over the moon. On the other hand it can make the other one to feel heartbroken. Sometimes we wait for the good result of something so many hours, days, weeks, even years. We want to hear only good result, we imagine and prepare ourselves for it. If we hear the result we expect, so we feel ourselves thrilled to bits, we become very happy. Then we say: “Oh, it was really worth waiting for”. But otherwise we become so upset and fed up. Anyway, we have to accustomed to hear bad things. It is the law of nature and life. Life is built so. It will not be changed. Bad and good exist at the same time. Of course, good news is better.
