What role does the HR Sergeant play in the Army Profession? The Human Resources Sergeant has a responsibility to ensure all other members of the Army are free of distractions and worries. They do so by providing support that affects Soldiers’ overall readiness and well-being. The HR Sergeant in an organization must ensure Soldiers are combat-ready. Primarily, they assist Soldiers’ develop their careers.
All of them work hand in hand with each other. The first one that I think relates to duty is leadership. Leadership and duty are the two Army values that especially go hand in hand with each other. As an individual in the Army you have the duty of being a soldier but as a leader you have to be a soldier and a leader. Without being a soldier you cannot accomplish your duty as a leader.
Responsibility is being accountable for what we do or fail to do. NCOs are responsible to fulfill not only their individual duties, but also to ensure their teams and units are successful. Any duty, because of the position you hold in the unit, includes a responsibility to execute that duty. As an NCO, you are accountable for your personal conduct and that of your soldiers. BEING ON TIME TO WORK. BEING ON TIME TO APPOINTMENTS. MEETING DEADLINES, CUTOFFS, AND DUEOUTS, ETC. ALL OF THOSE THINGS PLAY A PART IN BEING AN ASSET AND A KEY LEADER AND SOLDIER TOWARDS THE MISSION. DISCIPLINE IS BEING CONSIDERED AS A PRIMARY REQUISITE IN EACH MILITARY BRANCH.
Once mastering these techniques, not only will you not get scolded for absences and late appearances, you will also look like a squared away, punctual soldier, with the look of being a motivated individual. Punctuality and responsibility for your own actions are key if you want to make being in the military as a career, let alone in the civilian world. Now, time management is a very easy technique to master, but the trick about it is that it is not something you just get, it is something you work for and is solely based on the individual involved. If you really work at it, stay motivated and practice using this technique, then it will come to you quickly and will be in your personal arsenal in your pursuit of seeming squared away. Espirit De Corps in a unit can be based on the experience and history of the unit as well as customs and traditions unique to it. The army as a whole works to improve Espirit De Corps by ensuring promotions and advancement are based on merit, and continuing to show that being “Army Strong” is something special to strive for.Military expertise is the ethical design, generation, support, and application of land power, primarily in unified land operations, and all supporting capabilities essential to accomplish the mission in defense of the American people. Military Expertise must be applied to develop expert knowledge, apply military expertise, and certify army professionals and organizations. The army develops expert knowledge by providing the best possible training for its soldiers and enabling senior enlisted and officers to pass down their experiences and knowledge to new soldiers. The army must also have an expert knowledge of the enemy and likely enemies they may face and the best tactics and strategies to combat them.

Law enforcement is a vital component in every type of society or culture as a means of social control. Different forms of culture have different requirements in terms of what law enforcement is necessary to keep the peace. The civilian sector makes use of resources such as local, state, and federal law enforcement resources to fit its needs. In comparison, The U.S. Army uses only one body to fit its law enforcement needs: the Military Police Corps. The Army’s military police must balance both the duties and training of being a full time soldier while also maintaining double the professionalism due to their law enforcement authorities.
