Identifying Information Patient is a 9 year old Caucasian female lives with her father and family pet. Pt’s parents are divorced when she was 5 years old and mother moved to Florida. Both parents are currently fighting for full custody of child. Presenting Problem- Client brought in by her father for suicidal ideation with intent5 to stab/cut self with kitchen knife. Client was discharged about a month ago from hospital and stated that 3 days after returning home, she started feeling depressed and sad again.
