Not knowing what to do he basically tries to hide his draft letter and when his dad asks him what’s his plans for the summer he says “Nothing, wait”. He starts to think about running for Canada and then one day at work while doing his usual job of removing blood clots from the neck of dead pigs something inside him broke. He walks away from the plant, goes home and packs, writes a letter to his parents, and starts to drive north. The King and Duke were pretending to be Peter Wilks’ brother from England so he can try to steal all of his money that was in his will. The boys get caught by the village and are caused to flee for their safety. Huck finally gets away from the King and Duke but has seemed to lost Jim on the way.
