He referred to him as his brother to the nurse. Coach Boone and Assistant Coach Yoast began coaching together and had many issues to overcome together. After working through these problems and spending more time together, they became very good friends. Coach Boone even told Coach Yoast that his daughter, Sheryl, was welcome at his house anytime. In both these examples of friendship, they learnt to trust each other, respect each other and work together, which are very important values to have in a friendship and is more important then just winning football games.
Veterans Day is also a day in which not only all living or passed veterans are acknowledged but everyone who fought whether it be during a time of peace or wartime is acknowledged. In the United States, from the years of war till present time today, there are approximately 23.2 million Veterans who have served our country. Veterans Day is important for America to celebrate because it shows the love, compassion, and support we as a country have for our troops. It is a sacrifice that the soldiers out in the battlefield made, and the soldiers who have returned home. The nation's economy and the stability of the nation is all depending on the firefight of the soldiers in the field today.
Many people in my family have served in the Armed Forces, and when I brought this case up to them, they immediately assumed I would be on the dissenting side. They felt that the flag should be highly esteemed and cherished because of all of the men, and women, who have served and died under the flag for the good and protection of the United States, regardless of the country’s problematic history. The Armed Forces fight to allow the country to become a better place, not to explicitly carry out the country’s political agenda. My grandfather, who served in the Navy during the Vietnam Conflict, agreed that people had the right to hold their own personal beliefs about the flag. However, he believes that this case is not simply about citizens disrespecting the flag, but that the case is about citizens disrespecting servicemen and servicewomen in the armed forces who place extreme value in the flag.
I believe it portrays the real image of “American Victory at War”, and stands for the very freedom that every American carries in their heart. It is a true symbol of patriotism. Because I was fortunate enough to experience this in person, and see it with my own eyes, I almost felt like I was there when this historic event took place. It confirmed my new found perspective of “seeing is believing”. You tend to appreciate history better by associating yourself with it.
Government has the last say to everything what has been issue will not be change. The final freedom that American offers that Vietnam will not have for a long time is the freedom to bear arms, due to the fact of the war the government
This American was a catalyst for nationalistic feelings throughout the country. Americans had felt as if they had won the war, which created a sweeping sense of patriotism across the country. This nationalism is depicted in the painting “Fourth of July Celebration”. Celebrations like these took place all across the country as Americans felt like they were finally a unified nation. The portrait of George Washington and the image of the American flag truly dignify the nationalism felt by all of the participants of this celebration.
Even though we are still in some wars, we’ve never gave up and are still fighting. I feel safe in america become of our military system is so successful. I thank all of the veterans out there that has sacrificed their life to defend their country. In conclusion America has a lot of freedom like freedom of religion. We have many great inventions in america.

Dear WWII Veteran, ' It is my honor to have the chance to thank you for your courage and pride while serving in WWII. Fighting for what you support and what you believe in is the ultimate honor and putting your life on the life truly represents what type of a person you must be. Even though I don't know you, I want to let you know how your act of serving in the military just makes me so proud to be an American and thankful that people like you will allow this world to be free of injustices.
