On September 11, 2001 two planes crashed into the World Trade Center, a third into the Pentagon, and a fourth into a Pennsylvania field. This day was the deadliest attack of by foreign enemies on American soil. Later it was learned that the hijackers had received flight training in the United States. In October 2010, at a flight school 30 miles northwest of Boston, Federal officials arrested dozens of illegal immigrants, including the owner and students who received clearance by the U.S. Government despite of the strict guidelines put in place after the September 11 attacks.

September 11th: Recounting the Disaster September 8,2011 September 11th 2011 began like any other fall day in, settling comfortably at 75 degrees Fahrenheit in New York City. Unsuspecting Americans boarded four flights in four different locations. United Airlines flights 175 and 93 and American Airlines flights 77 and 11. September 11th, 2001 In my perspective, what happened on September 11th, 2001, was an act of terrorism on the United States. It was a decade ago that 19 terrorists took control of four planes, flew two into the twin towers of the World Trade Center, hit the Pentagon with a third, and crashed the fourth in a field in Pennsylvania after passengers resisted and made it impossible for the terrorists to complete their mission. The government also thought that 9/11 was an act of terrorism put on by the Muslims. While conspiracy theorists have a different perspective because they believe that there was more to this attack, it was plotted out and people from America were in on it. There have been many different perspectives on what really happened on this day.
He couldn’t even believe what was happening. More than three thousand died and our country in mixed emotions. Quickly fell on al-Qaeda, and in 2004, the group's leader, Osama Bin Laden, who had initially denied involvement,

RUNNING HEAD: TERRORISM 1 Terrorism, Emergency Powers, and the role of the U.S. Supreme Court RUNNING HEAD: TERRORISM 2 Thesis Since September 11, 2001 our nation went through an act or terror which terrorist took over two planes and directed them into the World Trade Center which stood 1,776 feet tall.
