Due to the growing expense of the fast food industry, unhealthy food can be purchased at any fast food restaurant, but the numbers of nutritional restaurants are declining. If you drive down any street, you will find more than one fast food restaurant, but if you drive back up the block you will not find a place to buy healthy foods. As an obese child, David recalls the limited options of nutritional food in and outside of his household. Parents today are allowing their children to eat more fast food because it is fast, convenient and seemly affordable.

Fast food can be good for you if you eat the fast food correctly.

And the gaps between poor and rich areas will be emphasized by urban consolidation form by dividing them into different areas. Furthermore,people found that more emotional stress and psychological conditions are generated in high density areas. (Neuman,2005)The environmental aspects of urban consolidation is quite different with in developing the form of urban sprawl.
Life in the modern world is full of stress and struggles that are ready to let you down anytime. People are in a hurry, eat fast, work harder and forget how to take care of their health because they are too busy to think of how to eat in a right way. They keep ruining their health by fulfilling their stomach as much as they can. So, many nutritionists advise that people should change this bad eating habit and do simple things, such as eat less and slowly. In the book “Food Rules”, Michael Pollan also lists “Eat Slowly” and “Eat Less” as recommendation for eaters.
Although many people may not like natural food because it do not have not flavor, natural food does provide enough nutrients, so people can have more energy in their daily life performance. For instance, when I eat homemade food, I have sufficient energy to be able to study, play soccer, and go to work. Therefore, I enjoy more to eat homemade food than eating processing food. Pollen believes Cooking is one of the most important health consequences of buying food from local farmers” (Pollen539) I agree, because I feel so different when I do not eat homemade food. As a result, eating homemade food with natural ingredients, it would help me out to do better of my daily activities.
After that, if food is available, more food is usually consumed, which helps the progress of obesity. The consumption of more organic foods can combat obesity and malnourishment. Unlike fast food, organic foods are not toxic and have more useful nutrients. However, their price is usually high, and families with low income cannot afford them. Organic food is expensive due to a number of different factors.

Poor diet due to low income, lone parent etc. They may not be able to afford the type of food that gives them a balanced and healthy diet. Families will want to buy cheaper food, which is processed and has more fat and sugar in it. This kind of food leads to a lack of concentration and obesity, which further leads to health issues such as heart problems.
