To develop a harmonious learning environment appropriate rules, need to be established and enforced, behaviour plans and most importantly pupils to be involved in the process. The behaviour policy outline the schools aims and how to create a positive community atmosphere which children can learn effectively by promoting good standards of behaviour when promoting positive behaviour in school there are policies and procedures that all staff need to be aware of the main policies relating to behaviour. It help to talk to students about their behaviour, both as individuals and as a group. To tell them what we expect and to praise them when they give it to us and to praise good behaviour as well as good work . as a school we have behaviour management tool kit displayed on the walls in the classroom and they are used as reference to control behaviour in the classroom .

In the school when managing behaviour, all members of staff need to be aware of school polices and procedures. School have to make sure that all children in the school understand how they expected to behave to kind and considerate manner and also encourage them to learn in a positive environment. The policies include guidance: Behaviour policy :( Promoting appropriate behaviour in the children and discouraging inappropriate behaviour) The school’s behaviour policy is very important because this policy gives guidelines to all members of staff how they can manage children behaviour.
To successfully implement and keep a Safe School Act I encourage to have a strong sense of your philosophy education, such as your beliefs and the curriculum you will be teaching. My bully prevention plan will consist of implementing EEDA character traits in the classroom and school, focusing on the development of the child, and providing a sense of a community within the classroom and school. I would also to make sure that I used all equipment in line with safety regulations. 4. Aim 5: Protecting children’s Security Implement child protection policies and procedures working in partnership with pupils, parents and agencies. All staff members are aware of, monitor, comply with and discuss issues of health and safety continuously whilst working. When guiding visitors or parents/carers through the school we must also make them aware of health and safety pointing out fire exits in case of fire. Staff must attend training and always follow policies and procedures to ensure good practice.

Thirdly, teachers must develop high level of written and verbal communication skills. This will develop good relationships between the teacher, student and family leading to proper educational practices that will improve student’s overall outcomes will enhance their literacy skill. Finally, educators with effective communication skills prove an ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of students they are supporting (Kearns, 2012), and with appropriate delivery of good communication, student learning increases.
Strategies to implement social emotional climate in the Classroom Developing students’ social and emotional competencies helps schools create safe learning environments that contribute to academic achievement for all. The information provided relates to leadership, professional development, resource coordination, instructional approaches, policies and protocols, and collaboration with families. Social and emotional learning means the processes by which children acquire the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary to: • recognize and manage their emotions, • demonstrate caring and concern for others, • establish positive relationships, • make responsible decisions, and • constructively handle challenging social situations The goals of socila emotional curricula include teaching the following basic skills: Self-Awareness focuses on identifying and recognizing emotions; accurate self-perception; strengths, needs, and values; and self-efficacy. Self-Management includes impulse control and stress management; self-motivation and discipline; goal setting; and organizational skills. Social Awareness addresses perspective taking; empathy; difference recognition; and respect for others.
In providing the proper atmosphere for learning, classroom management is an important key in the success of your school year. The key ingredients for successful classroom management include a clear and concise presentation of all expectations, rules, policies and boundaries by the teacher and a clear understanding and agreement for compliance by the students. Students should also have a clear understanding of the consequences for disobedience. This precedence should be established before the school year begins and reinforced in a positive way daily by doing the routine things routinely. One activity I would like to implement would be an integrity chart.
