I had a solicit feedback score of 31 and a self-disclose / giveback feedback score of only 17. I believe this rings true to my personality. It seems like I am a person who is more willing to accept feedback rather then give feedback. I seem to be more of an introvert at times although I’m very outgoing and open-minded. I am very responsive to others giving me feedback about my self given the circumstances that it is given in a positive manner and from someone who truly knows me. However, I will hold myself back from giving my opinions to others about themselves, as I do not like to come off as pushy or over bearing. If the person is someone whom I have a close relationship with, I am more willing to give feedback. However, I am still very reserved when it comes to giving feedback. There are four regions within the Johari Model. The first region the “open area” refers to the area of what is know by the person about themselves and what is also know about that person by others. The second region, “blind area”, is the area which is unknown by the person about themselves but what is known by others. The third area, “Hidden area”, is what the person knows about themselves but which others do
