In the “Norming” stage of development, team is perfect performance by everyone realizes their part and assignment, but the team also needs suggestion to head to achievement. So the team should have leader. The primary problem is team lacking of communication between leader and member, it also affects the provided data. So, everyone is part of team and having the same goal, the leader can guide and help member by having the knowledge of the stages of group development. Everyone has to realize and perceive the importance of team when working together and mix individual personalities and adapt themselves for participating in group in order to build terrific collaboration, make good relationship and nice atmosphere for performing, and be able to control and affection.

Meanwhile, if they deal with an upset customer, they have to be respectable and happy to them. A good employee also doesn’t complain. If they are asked to do a job that they don’t like, they do it. No matter what is going on, an employee always has to have a positive attitude. The second important trait a good employee has is, being proactive.
Each person must be willing to be a part of the team, no superstar attitudes. They also recognize that there is a leader they put trust and confidence in. They trust that leader to help the team reach their goal. When differences arise they know how to quickly get past trivial issues and focus on the bigger problem. Great teams also know their strengths and weaknesses and can complement each other to achieve results and reach the goals they are going after.
The leader is still in control, however, this leadership style allows others to use their personal experiences and expertise to help the team. An example of this style could be at a community meeting with the public; they bring forth their suggestions but in the end it is the leader that has the final say. Democratic leadership is very useful for problem solving and can produce high quality work because the workers are motivated. However, it can be very time consuming and expensive for the public services. The laissez-faire leader has a very hands off approach.
The ability to persuade and convince others to accept one's argument or reasoning is such a skill, even though that some people are more gifted at it than others. Good leaders should also have integrity of character and lead by example. These qualities, which go to make up character, can be instilled as well. Leadership learning is a life activity. It can never be done because there is always more to learn.

Above all else I believe that a leader should give respect and receive respect from his employees. Without respect from both ends, nothing positive will come out of it. A leader should be a mentor and be able to help another employee step up and be his own leader. He or she should also be respectful in the way one approaches another employee both as an individual and in a group environment. Above all else, I believe being a leader one has to make being at work fun.
Servant leaders devote themselves to serving the needs of organization members and focus on meeting the needs of those they lead. By developing employees to bring out the best in them and coaching others to encourage their self-expression, servant leaders strive to facilitate personal growth in all who work with them. For any effective leader, he or she must listen and possess the ability to persuade, grow, and build a strong sense of community, but for the servant leader, these are necessary traits to develop, and demonstrate in one's daily interactions with others. However, it is easy to lose sight of these ideals, especially in an age where profits outweigh people, but servant leaders are able to take a step back, reflect, and put into daily practice these qualities to overcome such hardships and obstacles.
