Dietary Analysis and Comparison After comparing my intake to the table in the book, I found that in most of the vitamins and minerals I was under in both categories except for the sodium. My sodium intake was the highest and a lot higher than the recommended intake. When it comes to the calories from fat 42% were from fat, 42% were from carbohydrate, and 18% were from protein. From looking at what I am eating from a different perspective it don’t look like I will have very good health in the future. I didn’t think this would change the way that I looked at what I am eating but it did.
