Conclusion This project is designed to explain if gene flow is responsible for domesticating wolves. It should give very clear and accurate results as to which offspring (mixed or not) was able to domesticate and if any of them showed any signs of being calm, submissive to human commands, or compliant. The biggest challenges in performing this experiment would be selecting the individuals and mating them. This may be land specifically set aside for wildlife or passive recreation. One aspect of corridors being researched in Florida is the use of highway underpasses specifically designed for panthers and bears to move more effectively among habitat patches. Potential risks associated with corridors include the increased probability of transmitting diseases among populations and easier access for predators. Introduction of foreign pathogens to a species could alter long-term survival rates. Easier access for predators could also affect species survival.
The concept of the reintroduction of the grey wolf in the wild continues to be surrounded with controversies. The hope is that the research and studies conducted by various institutions will result in ways to better techniques that would lead to a successful reintroduction of wolves as seen in some places around the world. The success of the reintroduction of wolves in the Yellowstone and Idaho area in 1995 is an indication that this project can be replicated in the future. The controversy over how to reintroduce wolves into the wild continues but the federal government as well as the state governments are working together to find solutions to benefit all
Actions and measured must be undertaken in order to eliminate these impacts and to return the ecosystem to the natural and balanced state. As we can see the recreational area where the hunting is allowed has a mover diverse and even plant community. Uplifting hunting prohibition and by having a controlled and regulated hunting allowance in the park area could solve the issue of deer overabundance. Another possible measure that could be implemented to realistically eliminate or reduce the overabundance issue is contraceptive treatment of the deer population which would help to decline and regulate the
