We have worked with people keen to share their story to help others and held events across the country where people in recovery have shared their hopes and fears in relation to the recovery agenda. I am proud of our achievements over the past year. We have grown our membership to over 580 members and sponsored events and organisations to support their own work on recovery. Week 6 Lecture What a great class this has been. We are going to wrap up the class by talking about the organization of the future. Research has shown us that leading companies envision an endlessly changing organization. And, that reconfigurable is a term that describes an organization that is flexible and able to change on an annual, monthly, weekly, daily, or even hourly time frame. Since workers are achieving higher educational levels, there is a resulting increase in the level of motivational needs.
The school will be affected by my role because as a team we will plan events that all classes participate in and hopefully enjoy. 6. I was motivated to seek this position because I had experience being a part of SGA before. I enjoyed being a part of the team and now as a rising senior I would like to take on more responsibility because I know I can handle it. Growth and development within a company is critically important and Wells Fargo is well aware of this. At Wells Fargo, growth and development is, “strongly encouraged and discussed weekly; the opportunities are endless,” as Mrs. Loftus stated in the interview I had with her (Loftus). The endless opportunity at Wells Fargo is a great quality about Wells Fargo as an organization. Organizations that allow employees to explore their options and develop new skills and knowledge are organizations that attract many people. As a current employee at Wells Fargo and a student at University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) I am currently looking for opportunities with Wells Fargo as an accountant, financial analyst, or financial advisor.
Junger mentions, “We had come from lecture halls, school desks and factory work benches, and over the brief few weeks of training, we had bonded together into one large and enthusiastic group (5).” Through this description the reader can connect with Junger and his comrades by understanding there background and that they are regular hardworking people such themselves. The reader also can indentify that nationalism is a major influence on the people of the time and play a vital role in Junger involvement within the war. Pride is taken in their actions to help out the cause of their country. This idea is reiterated later on the same page when Junger describes a view shared by him and his group. He says, “Grown up in an age of security, we shared a yearning for danger, for the experience of the extraordinary (5).” Along with nationalism, this demonstrates that going to war also seemed as a right of passage for those who dedicated their lives to serve there nation.

To being with my interest in becoming a Neonatal Nurse and volunteering in my community has given me many opportunities to meet and work with a variety of people from different cultures, which has resulted in a greater appreciation, importance and understanding of cultural diversity. I have spent my past four years attending Cicely Tyson honoring my visual arts skills, which has provided me with numerous opportunities to work with students of various cultural backgrounds.
Personal Statement. I would like to teach for many reasons, one being to introduce people to art and pass on my experience and knowledge to others. I was introduced to the arts possibly later than most and it had a profound effect on me. The Tutors encouragement and help inspired me to make major changes in my life, which is one of the reasons I would like to teach post 16 year olds. I enjoyed adult education and being a mature student I felt I was able to make more of a contribution.
