Cause and Effect: Stress Stress is basically defined as under too much pressure. Some stressed people feel annoyed at everyone or they feel like giving up on everything. Many community college students stress over so many things. There are so many causes of the stress. The main three causes of the stress are the transportations, financial problems, and classes. One of the main causes of the stress comes from transportation. Unlike any other universities, community colleges don't have dorms. Students can't sleep in the campus. They have to go to school from their own houses. Some students live near by the campus, but most students are living at least 10 miles from college. Many students have to drive or take buses to school. Driving to school in the every morning is terrible. There are always a lot of traffic jams on the road. Also there are so many cars in the parking lot. Sometimes it takes 10 to 15 minutes to find the parking spot. Also when parking lot is full, students have to park on the roads and walk for several minutes to campus. Driving to school gives so much stresses to…show more content…
Many students are anxious about quizzes and tests. The quizzes and tests have a decisive effect on their transcripts. Students feel so much pressure right before the tests. They sleep only few hours or they just study all night. Students always worry about what is going to be on the test, and students think they will get bad grades on the test. All of this can lead students to feeling upset. If students keep crazy hours from staying up late and getting up early for classes, they will have an enormous stress. Worrying too much about their grades can cause to experience stress. In Conclusion, There are three major causes of the stress, which are transportation, financial problems, and classes. Too much stress will give us a huge damage on our bodies. To get less stresses, we should manage our time
