The individuals were not able to defend themselves, this is an abuse of power and trust. Winterbourne were putting profits before humanity, it was run with a view to profit and with a lack of interest to its residents or staff. Poor working practices are seen here, one member of staff stated that he was originally shocked by the ill treatment of patients at Winterbourne yet became use to it over time. This is unsafe practice, not reporting incidents is also abusing the residents as they are still in danger. It was this member of staff’s responsibility to report what was happening.
Why and or Why not? Yes, it would warrant the judge being disciplined do to the fact that these unethical, illegal, and violated rights of others within his court and judicial office say that the judge is incompetent to fulfill his duties and obligations of his position within the judicial system all together. He does not respect himself, his position, the laws and others and he further gives indications to the fact that he doesn’t have any “Morals” what so ever here. In addition to my previous answer: Yes, the judge should be moved from office as well as being arrested for the violations he committed here. Moreover, I have read and heard in the news as well as the internet reports that is “Extremely Difficult to Remove a Judge from Office,” primarily because they all cover for each
Another opinion why this law should not be used today is because of crimal justice. Another opinion why this law should not be used today is because the person could run. Another opinion why this law should not be used today is because now there are camera's that capture everything we do. Another opinion why this law should not be used today is because it is stupid to kill someone just because they stole some property. Another opinion is because some people do not like to kill
The publicity of the case and the one-sided role of the media caused a majority of people, internationally, to be biased and influenced. This impact then led to numerous problems and difficulties in being treated fairly, such as finding an impartial jury. This factor of having preconceived idea meant that the jury had already decided Lindy Chamberlain’s fate, opposing the justice being “served,” legitimately. Wiping away any chance for Lindy Chamberlain to prove her innocence creates an inevitable outcome. The Chamberlains being judged under a heavily biased jury influenced by the media, therefore shows the maltreatment of the case by the justice system and the society.
It’s not okay because it causes more money to be wasted towards people that shouldn’t be helped at all. The morals of these people who choose to be homeless are very questionable. Not only their morals, but their mental stability. Why would anyone in the right mind choose to be homeless? It makes no sense.
So because of this rudeness it makes the Duvich family feel unwanted. So in order to have freedom you must be accepted. Lastly, to be free you must feel accepted. Since the Duvich family is marked as “untouchable” they are unable to do what they wish peacefully. “But the Duvitches were marked people.” (3) This prevented them to do what they wished peacefully because where ever they went they would be harassed by the town folk.
It was injustice beacause it was a horrible event, he didn’t get what he deserved, and it allows others to get away with the idea of doing wrong without being fully punished. You should consider this a case where justice went
Also how many great lawyers want to prove defendants innocent? Criminal law chargers can change a person future forever. It can ruin their families’ lives, it can ruin their jobs, ruin friendships, and even how a whole community will look at you. Why I do believe that investigators should do whatever it take to catch a criminal, sometimes they do go too far just because of the press and how people want someone to be caught. Pressure hurts an investigation more than anything.
Also his abusive actions, and leaving the death scene without caring is wrong. His arrogance was way out of it’s
Spanking is intolerable Spanking is surrounding the world. It’s like a disease and made the kids scared of their parent. When the children did something wrong, parents thought they should spank the kids and let the kids remember what get them into trouble? Is it a good idea? Of course not, all people know that fighting can’t solve anything, and sometimes it would make the problem worse.
