William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton (born William Jefferson Blythe III, August 19, 1946) is the former 42nd President of the United States and served from 1993 to 2001. At 46 he was the third-youngest president. He became president at the end of the Cold War, and was the first baby boomer president. His wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, is currently the United States Secretary of State. Each received a Juris Doctor (J.D.)

He was born William Jefferson Blythe III in Hope, Arkansas to Virginia Dell Cassidy and William Blythe, Jr. His biological father was a traveling salesman who died in an auto accident three months before his birth. After completing Nursing school Clinton’s mother married Roger Clinton an automobile dealer. Although he assumed use of his stepfather’s surname, it was not until the age of 14 that he formally adopted the surname Clinton as a gesture toward his stepfather. Bill Clinton served in the role of President from 1993-2001.
The Walton family moved out of Oklahoma from town to town in Missouri for many years. In the 8th grade Sam Walton became the first youngest Eagle Scout in State histories, which lead to him receiving the distinguished Eagle Scout award from the boy’s scout of America later on in life. Sam Walton was very athletic in high school. He played basketball, and was the starting quarterback on the football team for Columbia’s Hickman High School. He became Vice President of the student body during his junior year, and moved up to President in his senior year.
Even as a governor Carter was a champion for the less fortunate. Jimmy Carter, Jr. was born on October 1, 1924 in Plains, Georgia. He was the 39th President of the United States and he was the first President to be born in a hospital. (www.biography.com). Carter came from several generations of Georgians.
In the Watchmen, Nixon was elected for a third term after the end of the Vietnam War. In Chapter two on page 13, the Comedian is talking about President Nixon having “the next election in the bag for sure” (Moore 2.13). There is a problem with Nixon running for a third term. The Constitution states that you may only be president for a total of two terms or eight years. For Nixon to be running again, the Constitution had to be altered so this law was never written.

The data table titled Methods of Electing Presidential Electors: 1816 to 1836 begins with 1816 having all by legislature or none for all states listed. In the year 1820, three states switched to being by people. Three more were switched the first year Jackson ran for president. Between 1824 and 1828, four more were switched to by people the year Jackson became president.
Examples of these include Roosevelt who died in 1945 and J.F. Kennedy who was famously assassinated in 1963. The final circumstance is if a President is impeached. A president can only be impeached for ‘high crimes and misdemeanours’. An enquiry is firstly taken in the House and then if leads to a majority vote then they are trialled before the Senate.
