Controversy facing the Ultimate Fighting Challenge Corporation The new and popularized hand to hand combat sport is exploding across America and venturing into other countries known to to the public Ultimate Fighting Challenge. This a sport that is appeals to a huge audience and is found disgusting to parents with young children and a variety of politicians. Many people, including politicians and fighting promoters have many skewed views about this new uprising sport. Is the risk of detrimental injury to the fighters worth the audience enthusiasm of seeing bloodshed spattered through the cage? The U.F.C. empowers American youth to take violence to another level because their idols are influencing them to believe it is acceptable to engage in this type of unmonitored, uncontrolled fighting. Dana White founder of the U.F.C. was inspired to recreate a new sport that would take the place of boxing. This sport incorporates more action, blood, and millions of fans that pay large sums of money to be entertained by all the violence. Mr. White did this to capitalize on the money made from individuals wanting to see real combat style fighting. He knew there was a market for this sport and took advantage of it early on. He is known as the quintessential pioneer of this sport and has become very wealthy off the brutality he helped create. Dana White also saw an opportunity to create a new style of fighting that people would be attracted to. Sadly, people all over the world are intrigued by seeing other people get hurt; he realized that and has certainly capitalized on it. Although Dana White has become a very wealthy man it has not come without its share of criticism.
