Christopher Morrison My personal ethics statement. A person’s personal ethics are based upon ones core values, and their ability to rationalize a situation and determine the correct behavior. After using the resources provided to me I learned a lot about my own personal ethics. I fall into what is called “Rights and Responsibility and Relationship Lens”. I use my reasoning skills to “determine both the universal rules that each person should follow (autonomy) and the processes that will assure fairness and justice for all in the community (equality)”.
UNIT 324 support service users with specific communication needs Understand specific communication needs and factors affecting them 1. It is important for the carer to be aware of the service users preferred method of communication and to support the individual to use their preferred method. Service users have the right to communicate through their chosen method and their choice should be acknowledged and respected by supporting them. The individual’s right are particularly important when using specific communication methods and language because it’s their major way of communicating their needs and preferences. Communication is a basic human right.
For example, some might fi nd it more acceptable for women to deliver personal care and tend to household tasks because this is how they were brought up. 1.4 Explain the importance of providing support that respects the invididuals culture and preferances. It would be wrong to try to change a person’s belief and culture just because it is not what we believe is right. We must respect people for who they are and give people equal opportunities of access in order to promote and retain independence. Culture may aff ect the support that is given.
It is important that culture diversity is not lost but yet is advocates for its uniqueness instead of stereotyping one another. It I important to say we are all one and should live as such to keep harmony in our
This means that the TNC can pay workers less, not worry about providing good working conditions. All of these factors greatly benefit TNCs because they can produce their products or components for a fraction of a price that they would have to pay in their country of origin. Another thing that has enabled companies to spread out over the globe is the fact that global communications and travel has improved. Emails make it much easier to communicate with colleagues in other countries and not have to worry about time differences. Satellite links have allowed people to have video meetings even if the people taking part are miles apart.
Both of these writers were molded by their mothers. Each expresses how wonderful their mother really was, contrary to what the outside world may have thought. Tan expressed her feelings by talking about test and comparing English and math and how the language in the family could have affected how she did on test. Tan makes it understandable by letting the audience know that standard tests cannot determine a person's intelligence, she is trying to say how people have different ways of thinking and different types of intelligence, and yet these standard tests only can measure a certain type of intelligence, so it is unfair. The language barrier each had to overcome often
If the proper software and hardware is put into the stores then they will have more money to use when needed and would not have to get loans. It would make life more enjoyable for Kathy again and she will have more time to do what she really loves to do and interact with customers. It would also make it that if she did want to go on vacation or was sick things could still get done in the same manner that they are always being done. Having all the staff and stores on the same page would make the businesses run
Tanya’s parents did this because they wanted her to fit into this, “red, white and blue world.”(pg 8) They wanted her to be able to speak the English language without a hint of the Spanish accent. Her parents said that by doing so people would look past the ethnicity and only see an American girl. Tanya tries to relate with her audience by speaking a bit of Spanish in her essay. Some of the words she uses are Latinos, ingles, and gringa. By using these words she can relate to both the American and Latino audiences, while also showing her knowledge of the Spanish language.
Benefits The benefits that my proposed solution will give to Miss Weathersby’s business, besides what was outlined above, will be an improved customer relations management system. It will give her customers and contacts a feeling of personal involvement instead of the standard “stamp signature” that so many companies are cranking out now. These solutions will ensure that Miss Weathersby will continue to have the same face to face relations with her customers and contacts without completely killing herself trying to get to each person individually.
2 Practices that support diversity can reduce the likelihood of discrimination by allowing an employee to work their hours around family arrangements or other commitments, displaying acceptance to a diverse staffing team allowing a diverse range of people to work there, which in turn will reduce discrimination because there are not strict rules on working hours thus leaving people with difficult commitments to work at all. The government have also placed frameworks to reduce discrimination, which allows people of different age groups providing they are old enough to legally work, it safeguards people of different sexual ethnical or religious backgrounds to work the same job without any legal risk of discrimination. Which leads onto equality,
