If you have been abused or know someone who has it is not okay and is something that you will have to live with for the rest of your life. Child abuse is not something you take lightly and if you know someone who is being abused you should seek help for him/her now. Almost five children die every day as a result of child abuse. More than three out of four are under the age of four (O’Meara and Fedderson). Children die every day because they’re being abused.
Child abuse is a complex phenomenon with multiple causes. Understanding the causes of abuse is crucial to addressing the problem of child abuse. Parents who physically abuse their spouses are more likely than others to physically abuse their children (Garbarino, & Garbarino, 1994). Many physically abusive parents and caregivers insist that their actions are simply forms of discipline—ways to make children learn to behave. But there is a big difference between using physical punishment to discipline and physical abuse.
Child abuse is one of the most serious social problems and dramatic damage to our society. It is true the child abuse can be defined like social problem that manifests itself in all social strata; this is due to the lack of concern of our institutions by failing to ensure respect for children's rights. The child abuse it’s not good for them because many children has the same problem because their parents have to stop the violence or the abused it can be affect those children can have trauma and psychologically because their parents are guilty cause the children are abuse. You may be able to take a class that teaches you about the signs of child abuse and just child abuse in general. I know some people will think that this class is expensive, yet it will be more expensive when you have to restore the child back to health from being abused. Are you going to let innocent children receive humongous pain for just being a
For example, “The emotional responses of children who witness domestic violence may include fear, guilt, shame, sleep disturbances, sadness, depression, and anger (Domestic Violence Round Table, 2015).” It is evidently clear that children who come from abusive families may incur problems later in life as they establish and build personal and private relationships. For example, children that are exposed to their mother who is verbally, physically, or sexually abused may develop problematic relationships because of experienced aggression. This aggression may be taken out on peers, or even their own mother. When a child continuously is a witness in seeing their mother abused in any way, chances are they may display or express

Most perpetrators of child neglect are the parents themselves. The physical, emotional and cognitive developmental impacts from child neglect in any childhood can be detrimental as the effects from neglect can carry on into adulthood. 907-928. Topic This paper focuses on the aftermath of domestic and family violence and investigates the impact this violence has on children and their primary carers. In conjunction with this study, the author questions the 2006 reforms to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) (‘FLA’). Alexander’s premise is that the reforms have done little to adequately resolve the issues for the victims and in some cases have made matters worse. Many victims continue to experience violence long after the court proceedings have finished.
Abuse and neglect in the home is a leading cause of death for children age 4 and younger. Most physical abuse fatalities are committed by fathers and other male caretakers, although the great majority of parenting and child abuse prevention programs are targeted to women. Family violence is strongly correlated with child abuse fatalities; about 50 percent of homes with adult violence also involve child abuse and neglect. The pathology spills over class and economic condition. The cycle of abuse is difficult to interrupt; abused children often, as adults, become abusers themselves.

So violating this law can cause you jail time, the lost of your business, and further investigations. The best and only decision that I have on Child Welfare is don’t do it think about the golden rule. Do unto others as you would want done unto you. Because when child abuse comes into the picture there are more than that child’s life that’s rein. For example the grandfather I was talking about earlier not only messed his granddaughter life up but he was a pastor.
