Riding a bike Riding a bike gives one the most relaxing experiences that people can have. It’s an inexpensive option for people to get fun, healthy exercise, and a chance to enjoy surrounding nature. People would have many nice feelings when riding bike, like the wind on their face, or the fun of going down a hill. Even trying hard to get on top of that hill would become a great experience when eventually being at the top of the hill. Needless to say, more people are going to biking instead of other sophisticated choices for simple good fun times. Everybody riding bike would at lease once experience the feeling of the wind on their face. The coolness of air touches the warmness of skin, and it seems like blowing away all the stress and tension of the day. Moreover, people can adjust the wind suitable for themselves as well. A slow cruise along a park trail gives a good nice breeze, or a fast running down a hill returns a hard and intensive blow right on the face. Feeling of the wind when biking is surely a simple yet effective way for people to get rid of all the tiredness and get back the energy they need for a good day. Trying to push the pedal and get on top of a steep hill is a good experience too. When pushing hard, the muscles become tight and painful, and the skin becomes sweaty and sticky. However, looking up to the top, one could imagine oneself as a hero on the making who is about to achieve all the glory of being at the top of the world. It’s a good motivation to imagine so, and it’s good for the health too. The muscles can be trained to be stronger and longer lasting. When eventually at the top of the hill, all that hardship finally pays off, and a great feeling flows across the body, from head to toe.
