Psychological Consultation Paper Therasa Zito Capella University June 09, 2012 Abstract The consultation case study is based on a process-based assessment which was conducted on a Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Program. The program provides a team of advocates at the Centralized Domestic Violence Court to assist victims of domestic violence as they proceed through the legal system to obtain an order of protection and/or criminal charges. Some of the issues addressed during the interviews included job descriptions, staff roles in the program, program strengths, staff satisfactions, employee continuing education, function of supervision as well as supervision styles, colleague relationships, and program services.
