It would have consisted with fauna and flora. Massive untouched bushlands as far as the eye can see, rolling hills and an enormous ocean well if the ocean had form than otherwise it would have been grassland. It was paradise at its finest. The conflict of interest over the land of Point Nepean is the view. The battle is between investors and park groups. Because to own a house in this area would cost millions even billions, because of the view and the historical past. But building houses will destroy what we have left of Point Nepean. And that is why Park groups are against it, they want to have evidence of the past and be able to still see the beauty of Point Nepean without housing estates. They don’t want invertors to ruin it just so they can profit from it. Which environmental groups have had some influence in conservation and sustainability of the area? What methods have they used? Park Victoria manages Point Nepean. Park Victoria is very much involved with many parks around Victoria. They have fire management strategies in place.
