This was very unfair on the people and on the other people up for election, so this source doe’s hint at the fact a reform should take place, but this particular MP does not want a reform because he is benefitting without it. Saying this, some boroughs and counties were under-represented whereas some were over-represented. Source 2 on the other hand, is a speech made by a Tory MP, Sir Robert Inglis in Parliament. This man is clearly not interested in a reform and says how the parliament is a ‘complete representation of the interests of the people’. With this quote, we can question this over source 1.

Recently, former Senator John Edwards and Senator Barack Obama, chastised President Bush’s immigration reform for, “dividing the nation along racial lines and promoting an anti-immigrant sentiment” (1). This is the best answer the political party who claims to be so altruistic for the poor, the environment, and the country as a whole has to give. Genuinely, a political party who offers no real solutions to a significant issue of concern cannot be deemed as altruistic.
Attorney Charles Foster headed a task force on immigration for the Greater Houston Partnership. “It is a dysfunctional system; one day a year you can petition for the brightest people in the world, and then you have a 30 percent chance," he said. In many ways, both of these Presidents could not have don't much more to attempt to pull the country out of the Great Depression. Hoover was plagued with a rigid personality and a Democrat Congress that knew there was no better way of placing a Democrat in the White House than make the depression appear to be a Republican doing. FDR on the hand came in when American where willing to try just about anything to pull themselves up.

In most cases the side who is more powerful will win the war. Wealth is important but not as much. It helps to be wealthy because you are able to afford better weapons and put more into newer technology, but if you don't know how to use the new technology is doesn't make that much of a difference if your wealthy or not. In this book we can tell the side that My Luck is fighting for is not wealthy and has very little power. We can see examples of this when he is always pillaging for food and ammo.
Obama has made promises of making college more affordable, but has taken no real action in doing so. The citizens that fall under the low-income category are either not admitted into certain institutions because of their status or because they are not able to afford their education, therefore not being able to take advantage of this education. Institutions are also not able to provide students the best experience due to the several students in each class and providing faculty with a salary they deserve in order to provide their students with the best and most affordable experience
Truman, a Democrat, was caught in the moment and bowed to the pressures of those who were accusing him of being soft on Communism. Truman was also looking at a reelection bid and, being the consummate politician, would say and do those things necessary to ensure his first Presidential win. The circumstances aside, this is patently against the personal freedoms enjoyed by citizens employed by the federal government. Indeed, as a federal employee you should be held to a higher standard, but
