Taking all these weights, the ALA must plan the load distribution for the aircraft so that it is within the guidelines set by the airline and FAA so the aircraft will be in balance, front cargo hold and rear. Then the next step is four years of medical school with an additional few years of residencies and internships. To cap it all off, you have to pass a state licensing exam to officially be considered an MD and start practicing medicine in the real world.
One of the largest differences in these degrees is the years of education required to complete the program and the knowledge based education taught. An associate degree in nursing requires two years to complete the program. A diploma in nursing can be obtained at a community college and the graduate is able to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) to become a registered nurse. The associate’s degree was founded by Mildred Montag due to a shortage of nurses following World War II. Before the flowchart let’s take a look at this technique and why we use it. SIPOC (supplier, input, process, output, customer) in essence is a formalized input-output model, used in the define stage of a project, which is the ”D” part of DMAIC methodology. At this case, a SIPOC diagram provides a visual description of airplane boarding. It helps communicate inside and outside of the airline company. The Officer in Charge (OIC), Maintenance Officer (MO), and the Chief went to AZ2 for his inputs because without the part the aircraft was down. So this was a decision that he had to make and make quickly. When they talked with AZ2 they noticed that the command was contacted because AZ2 already knew that if the fleet did not have the part it would have to be shipped from the command therefore the detachment would have two working aircrafts instead of one. AZ2 briefed the OIC, MO, and chief what was going on they asked how long will it take for the part to get to the detachment ,and they would be in phase on the other aircraft by next week. So AZ2 told them that it can take up to three weeks for the part to reach the ship.
For three years I had studied airplanes and had decided to enter the military as a pilot. I traveled to an airbase in California and there I enlisted in the United States military. There I had intense training on how to fly the latest fighter jet, the F4- phantom. The F4-phantom is a sleek and fast fighter and I am proud to be a pilot of such a magnificent plane.
