Journal : Macbeth Ah, what trouble times there have been as of late. My dearest Lady sleep walks and speaks of our murderous deeds. Hopefully not too much damage has been done, or my hands be stained with blood once again. Her heart and mind cannot bear the thought of what had been done in the past. I was the weak one at the start but now I remain strong.. at least I hope that be the case. I hope she becomes well soon or i must continue this journey alone. She is the one who started all of this! My mind races with too many thoughts! I must sleep. The armies of Edward, Malcolm, Siward, and "good" Macduff assemble! Naught but vengeance fuels their hearts! Let them come I say! If they plan to take my castle by force then so be it. Lay seige to Dunsinane, we will outlast it. We shall fortify the defenses. I fear naught until the wood of Birnam brushes against the castle walls. Ten thousand soldiers my servant says, but it matters not. And what of Malcolm? Were he not born from the womb of a woman? Her mind is diseased beyond any of the doctor's medicine. I say, throw medicine to the dogs! Nothing seems to fix this country now!
