So there are some similarities and lots of differences between Kyrgyz and Malay national clothes. Climate of Kyrgyzstan is continental but Malaysian climate is tropical. Separation of Kyrgyz national clothes depend on males, females and their ages and Malaysian clothes depend on nationalities, because Malaysia is multinational country. Similarities The most popular national clothes among Kyrgyz males is Kalpak. Kalpak is a national cap which is worn by Kyrgyz people. It is still very popular in the country since ancient time. Kalpak is the main ethno marking clothes. The Kyrgyz kalpak is a light and very comfortable for daily life, that is at cool times keeps you hot and in warm times in cold, the body temperature. Every color and every pattern on Kalpak has its great value. The Kalpak can be classified according to four color-types that every color-type means different meaning: for instance, Jashyl kalpak, Kyzyl kalpak, Ak kalpak and Bakai kalpak. They entirely differ from each other with its edge. Malaysian national head dress is Songkok. A kind of oval brimless cap that resembling a skull is called Songkok. It is a hat which is generally worn in Malaysia and some Southeast Asian countries, majority among Muslim men. It is actually worn with the traditional out fit for men.
