Josh Lee Hamilton and The Road to Woodbury by Robert In the book The Walking Dead The Road to Woodbury has many incredible characters but nothing like Josh Lee Hamilton. Josh is one of the characters that helps and protects the people that have helped him thought his life. Throughout the novel The road to Woodbury, presents himself as a muscular, brave, and caring. For example on the story there is this girl name lily that every time the talk balderdash to her josh becomes violent. In this essay you are going to learn more about Josh Lee Hamilton. First,Josh Lee Hamilton is muscular minded because in the first chapter of the novel Lily is hammering stakes, but the hammer weighs so much she cannot hammer it. So then a guy name Josh comes and gets the hammer because the hammer weighs about ten pound so he a really strong man. By the way, Josh is also a strong man because in the novel it describes as a big enormous tree trunk thighs and a thick neck he is “Built like an NFL tackle” (8). He is muscular minded person because it says that when Josh and Lily are running from the zombies through the woods the hammer wrenches out Josh’s big hand and the walker folds. Addition, Josh is a brave man. Josh and Lily were in the woods by themselves so he wanted her to stay behind him so she would not get hurt are injured; and he wanted to lead the way. As a matter of fact, Josh is brave because he is the one that wants to fights all of the zombies when he and she are in the woods. In the story he is the one that kills the zombie, it says “Josh drives the sharp end of the hammer through hospital smock’s temple” (16). Hamilton is a caring guy in the story he gets mad when they talk about Lily and he becomes violent. by the way in the story, there is zombie about to eat Lily when Josh jumps out of no were and stabs the zombie.
