Economy of Japan Nowadays Japanese economy is one of the most developed in the world and its GDP is the third on the Earth after USA and China. The main industries in Japan are: banking, insurance, realty, transportations, retail and telecommunication. This country has some biggest and the most technologically developed companies, which produce cars, gadgets, steel, ships, food and so forth. Building took a big part of economy because of great number of government’s order in private sector. By now the services sector takes ¾ of gross national product. By the way, the food service is one of the most spread and developed in Japan. It’s a wide economic freedom in Japan, so the government cooperates with manufactures for economy growth. It focuses on science and technologies, also strict work ethic takes place. Into the bargain, in Japan such a phenomenon as “keiretsu” is exist, that means the cooperation between manufactures, providers, distributers and banks. With the help of it the economy of Japan has a high level. A one more government’s assistance is lifelong placement in big companies. It’s clear for everyone, that the great growth of economy in 1960-1980 was called “the Japanese economic miracle”, so this country gave us an example of ruling life conditions and economy. As only 15% of land can be used for agriculture, some ways of solving this problem were invented. The first of them is terrace farming. With the help of it the Japanese have the one of the highest productivity per unit of land. The second solution is just to import needful products from other countries, so Japan does. The transport infrastructure is also great developed, so almost all roads are asphalted and Japanese trains can accelerate by 300 km/h.
