P2 – describe the different stakeholders who influence the purpose of two contrasting businesses M1 – explain the points of view of different stakeholders seeking to influence the aims and objectives of two contrasting organisations In this assignment I will be discussing the various different stakeholders who have a major impact on the purpose of these two businesses RSPCA and Boots and why these stakeholders have different opinions to one another. A stake holder could be anyone that is influenced by a business. The typical stakeholders are owners, customers, employees, suppliers, trade unions, employer associations, local and national communities and the government. These stakeholders can be affected a negative way or a positive way. Boots customers are thousands of people who shop in Boots stores. There are many various different kinds of customers - loyal customers are those that always shop at boots stores, occasional customers that shop there irregularly, males and females, adults and young people, disabled people, tourists and ethnic minorities. There are many ways to describe Boots customers, all of whom can be stakeholders in its organisation. Customers influence Boots as they want value for their money, including the best quality products at competitive prices and easy access to the stores. If Boots did not meets these customer’s needs the business can suffer. They are very important as they increase sales that help the business to make profit and become better. Customers want aims and objectives are focused on satisfying their needs as customers, Boots have many objectives related to customer satisfaction which customers seek to have an impact on. The employees are the workers like managers, cashiers, sales assistants, pharmacists, optical assistants; these people want to have a good pay, be taken care of by the business, have convenient hours,
