Pacettas Rules for Leadership Kevin J American Military University Frank Pacetta had a lot of native talent but he squandered it in his early years with Xerox (Pacetta p.12). Luckily for Xerox and himself, he was never fired and received the training and mentorship that he needed to morph into the type of leader who would take charge of a failing district and turn it into one of the top performers in the country. Mr. Pacettas parents were a large influence on him as a person but also as a leader and boss. His mother had to take care of his brother who was handicap and he heard stories about how great of a boss his father was. Mr. Pacetta would take the never quit attitude from his mother and the business and people savvy of his father and combine them to make one outstanding mentor and leader.
This essay will argue that Huttmann made a wise decision and did not commit a crime. She made a very difficult decision to free Mac of his misery and live with a peaceful conscience. During the 80's euthanasia was not a common procedure for hospitals. There are patients like Mac who are very ill and transformed from a strong, young person in to a skeleton trapped in a hospital bed. When people are very sick and have to lay in bed for months without showing a bit of progress, as in the majority of the cancer cases, they are in agony.“The Doctor believed that life must be extended as long they have the means and knowledge to do it” (Huttmann 114).
Why college is important to me My parents were hard working individuals who loved each other and provided our basic needs food, clothing, shelter and most of all discipline. My mother is matriarch of the family, but my father was a hard working, well respected individual with an eighth grade education. My father was a stump digger and hauler and became a self taught heavy equipment operator. After witnessing him endure multiple injuries and near death incidents I knew this was not the career path for me. This is what started my life pursuit of getting an education.
What wasn’t normal was that she was sad, very sad. I had never seen my grandmother cry, that I could remember, and even worse I had no idea why she was crying. Now I can’t believe she didn’t cry more. Then she went to the hospital for a long time for various surgeries, and plans on what to do next. My brother and I stayed at my Grandpa’s house most of the time she was up there mostly only going home to sleep and get ready for school the next day, it was weird and confusing but my grandpa was good at getting our minds off of things and keeping our spirits up when he needed to.

He is neither good nor bad. As Wilson says in an interview “we’re all like our parents.” (Wilson 824) Troy’s character was forged by his own father who worked all day in the cotton fields to provide for his family and believed that children had a certain role to play to forge their own independence through hard and menial work. “All he wanted was for you to learn how to walk so he could start you to working.” (Wilson Act 1 Scene 4 794) Troy did not see that he was just like his father when he was pushing to work menial job. Perhaps both Troy and his father were trying to teach their sons independence. Since getting a job and supporting one’s family was an integral part of their being, both parents were attempting to teach their children the responsibility and ensure that they acquire skill that cannot be taken away from them by circumstances.
Most men do not grasp this thought until it is too late. But Okonkwo’s promise to himself to be nothing like his father has aided him to become one of the hardest workers in the tribe. His wisdom of the earth can be an analogy for his life. The wiser you are to help the seed you plant, the faster and stronger it will grow. Finally, Okonkwo expresses his wisdom through his everyday life.
My family raised me to be a strong and good person and I love them so much, especially my mom. My mom has been my best friend ever since the day I was born. I would hate to lose her. Without her, I don’t know what I’d do since she's the one who brought me into this world. Also, my dad has always been there to help me make tough decisions and I love him a lot.

Then we went back home and my stomach was still aching. My stomach ached so much that I couldn’t even go to school for a week. After staying at home for one week my parents took me to another doctor because they had a feeling that my stomach ache wasn’t just a stomach ache. After the doctor examined my body, the doctor said that I suffered from appendicitis. The next morning at seven o’clock I had an appendectomy at Bungsu Hospital.
