3 Modern Conveniences Every week it seems like my schedule is booked up going from school to volunteering to helping coach. My day is waking up going to the animal hospital to volunteer. Then going to my classes at the college. Lastly helping out to coach softball to high school girls. The time after and in between is spent doing my homework and other works. I have to work hard to actually have leisure time. Doing all this, I like to be able to do things quick and efficient. There are three modern conveniences GPS,digital storage, and DVR that make my life simple,easier,comfortable, and saves me time. Using my GPS helps me find places quicker without being lost. I love watching a great show and movie on my down time. Most of the time I am not home when my favorite shows like Doctor Who come on. I love watching classic movies starring actors and actresses such as Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly, Ginger Rogers, Rita Hayworth and so much more. Sadly these movies sometimes come on TCM in the early morning around two o’clock in the morning sometimes. Watching these shows and movies bring comfort and enjoyment to me in my busy schedule. I smile and laugh watching the antics of Charlie Chaplin Tramp and Buster Keaton hilarious stunts. Watching Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dance is magically. Also I am a huge Whovian, a fan of Doctor Who, so I am able to watch it with my sister and talk about it with my friends. I do appreciate a good movie and show, but it is difficult to catch these if your not home all the time to see them. DVR helps because I do not have to stay home to watch the show I can watch it whenever. I can go out and have fun then come home and watch the show I recorded. To me this DVR device lets me do both on my time. It's these moments that my DVR is able to record that I look forward to after my busy
