Christian vs. Non-Christian living There are many different ways to live life, giving people many lifestyle choices. For example an alternative lifestyle gives people an opportunity to live life in a way that is different than most others. These choices all come with pros and cons to be considered when choosing how one should live. No matter how one chooses to live, life is occurring to all making this choice. Life will always have ups and downs, peaks and valleys that make up the journey. There will be good and bad, happiness and sadness in every life, despite the lifestyle choices made. It is clear that many choices and options are available to help people deal with these events, before and during their occurrence. Living a Christian lifestyle will not only have a positive effect on emotional and psychological health, it also has huge physiological health benefits. Being that Christians and non-Christians are both susceptible to life’s problems, watching how they respond to them shows a superior quality of life in the Christian. This response difference is because of the differences in the attitude toward adversity. When a non-Christian encounters a problem, it is just one more on top of the list of obstacles that already exist in their “Me against the world” belief system. Christians indeed believe that they have a helper in times of adversity that will see them through in Jesus Christ.
