the important aspect is to define whether foreign aid is attractive or not, because if we refer to the definition of soft power, anything that is considered "attractive" could be referred to as soft power as soft power itself according to Nye is considered the "power of attraction". Realizing this condition, further questions to support the idea that foreign aid is a soft power tool are needed. Since we intend to further analyze China's soft power, in this regard, we should be able to answer the following questions: "what makes China's foreign aid more attractive than other states?" For the great powers such as the US, the EU and also Japan, which are notably developed countries with advanced economies, foreign aid is not something new in the practice of their foreign policy. It is believed that it could be used to accelerate the country's image. It was noted that the countries mentioned earlier are well known for their generosity towards developing countries through foreign aid mechanisms.
