Many professional codes of ethics or rules are supposed to govern the ways and actions or conduct of laws given by the professionals within a professional business for you. Group of professionals generally sets these rules so that their professional peers see anyone who violations one of these rules of conducts are in violation of this rule as disapproval. The moral ethical standards of a society provide the basic guidelines for corporate ethical stewardship existence and allow us to resolve conflicts by social existence and allow us to resolve conflicts by appeal to shared principles of justification.
A code of ethics supplied by a business is a specific kind of policy statement. A properly outlined code is, in effect, a form of legislation within the company required by its employees, with specific agreements for violation of the code. Violation of any organizations Code can cause legal accusations or dismissal from a job. Abstract In this essay is to discuss Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by using Anglo-American and Primark as examples. Both companies have a strict policies on ethical behavior which can be used as a catalyst in how to conduct business ethically. Some of the key things I will emphasize what is meant by ethical business. Then I will analyze is how Anglo American and Primark apply ethics into their business. Moreover, The costs and benefits to an organization when they behave ethically.

Each comes with its own responsibilities and timescales. These will influence the most appropriate leadership style for a particular piece of work or for a given project or audience. McNicholas installation managers have responsibilities for customer-facing as well as behind the scenes employees, such as office staff. Before making a decision, the manager will consider the task in hand, the people involved and those who will be affected (such as customers).

To reach to a significant conclusion about privacy rights in a workplace, we have to consider about rules and regulations, ethics in the workplace without invading anyone’s privacy or rights and employees’ must have their own responsibilities and have a common understanding of the ethical basis of justice and a thorough understanding of individual and organizational concerns and motivations. (Mujtaba, B. G. 2003) stated that employee monitoring is an act of watching and checking employees' actions during the working hours using employer’s equipment. Since employee monitoring has occurred as a necessity, it causes concerns to both employers and employees with the ethical implications of constant monitoring. Employers use monitoring devices to keep track of their employees' actions and to increase productivity of work, some employees feel that too much monitoring can be an invasion of their privacy. Therefore, the ethics of monitoring employees is a very controversial issue.
Different structures arise from the different characteristics of these organizations, and from the different forces that shape them (which Mintzberg calls the "basic pulls" on an organization). By understanding the organizational types that Mintzberg defines, you can think about whether your company's structure is well suited to its conditions.
