A person’s health could be changed by the environment or how comfortable that patient is in their current surroundings, therefore for a patient’s health to improve they need a stable and productive environment, and must be happy as a patient. The third concept, environment, to me includes all the internal and external factors that act on human beings and affect their behavior and development. The idea behind this concept is that the environment influences individual and collective health and that individuals who experience a positive, comfortable nursing environment are more likely to demonstrate good health versus those

Their personal beliefs should be respected. INDEPENDENCE:Allow the individuals you support to do things for themselves, however small. Being independent does not necessarily mean being completely alone, but supported to do things for themselves. Take time to enable the individuals you support to be independent.Don’t do things for them because it is quicker. Support them to dothings that they can do or almost do.
What I mean with that is that anymore can volunteer and contribute, but the bond is stronger when the people who do volunteer strongly believe in the mission and purpose of the organization that they are emphasizing their contributions. I know for me, I am logical thinker if I find something that makes sense to me or aligns with my core values then my efforts will be stronger. The elements that I feel resonate the most with high devotion of civic engagement would be social impact and cultural aspect. Because if it’s regarding a social impact then you know its going to be for a good cause since social impact is about the well being that is being promoted for the community. If you are someone who cares about people and especially with people in the community then the devotion will be to its highest potential.
The fifth part is called “Collaboration”. Net Generation enjoy working and cooperating with others. They are keen on helping each other. This also reflects on their eagerness to collaborate in their companies and in the design of new products. They are willing to share their insights and communicate with others.
