Transformational Changes Different stages of the transformational learning cycles are reconging a problem, confronting it, finding a solution, integrating a new perspective. Through the stages of transformational learning its implementing on a persons life changes. Recongizing that they are not the only being going through this change. Changing a persons perspective, not only in individuality but also as a whole, then implementing that plan into action. There for making that transformational change. I then developed my own plan of action that worked in my life. My plan of action that worked for me was continuing counseling and redirecting myself when moments of weakness arised. Finding out what my triggers were and not putting myself into similar situations. I then stopped associating with my friends and family that abused drugs or abused me. As I am grown now and have a family of my own, I vowed to not put my children or husband in a life experience as I had growing up. I go to family counseling to continue the process of recovery everyday. Drug addiction is a lifetime recovery. In conclusion, I took you through my seven phases of transformational changes. My transformational change, can change the perspective of not just my individuality but also as a whole. Taking my life experience, breaking the cycle that was bound by generations before. Creating not only a healthier outcome in my life but for my families life as well. Others that share my past experience, can use my transformational change for results in their lives to provide a positive outcome in their life and loved ones surrounding them.
