EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT ASSESSMENT Grand Canyon University MGT-605-0101 March 26, 2014 In understanding the Emotional Intelligence Assessment information one can strive to improve their managerial abilities as well as their personal life. According to the Emotional Intelligence Assessment results I often find myself blowing up at my workers and even my love ones. It states that I have no buffer between dealing with change, stress and difficulties. I believe if, I follow the suggestions of allowing the wind of change to direct one instead of setting my own course using my internal compass. I can improve my Emotional Intelligence Assessment rating. To a great degree I need to eliminate the stress or at least manage it. My primary, doctor even tells one that I need to attend some stress reliving aerobics classes, to assist with my high blood pressure. In-addition, I always put everyone else’s problems before mind and helps them with their stress which, places more stress upon a person. I have been like this so long that I need to start caring about myself. Therefore, at that point I can help others. Therefore, this will lead to a higher emotional intelligence level. Last week I started the process of meditating daily to assist one in understanding what I can change and what I cannot control to trying to assist in relieving my stress and blood pressure problem. I hope it will also assist with my explosion problem and quick uncontrollable temperament towards employees and family. In the same vein I need to stop putting everyone else’s problems before mind and start to take care of myself. This also will assist one with increasing their Emotional Intelligence Assessment level and improve ones’ disposition. Taming the negative attacks and respecting ones’ workers
