It’s about a big group of ants trying to take over an area where a man has a plantation. He is a really smart guy and controls his business very well but then he notices the ants are trying to take over. His workers think of even leaving but somehow he convinces them to stay, they fight back but man has sacrificed his plantation in order to win. It’s amazing how he even covers himself with gasoline and walks through the ants, and the ants take him down but he doesn’t give he gets up and fights to win. He defeats nature but he lost something really important. He didn’t give up same way the guy from To build a fire didn’t also; they pushed themselves and tried some fail some don’t that’s the way life is. You can they’re similar because they both didn’t give up nature came strong but I guess it’s the determination your willing to give in order to win, and in story of facing the ants he didn’t give up. I think he did best only because he accomplished what he wanted and as the other one didn’t. There conflicts are not the same but have a little bit of similarities as I explained
