These quotes is relevant to me that in every fault or failure I make I don’t have to be defensive about it but accept these mistakes and to use them as stepping stone to improve myself and change for the better. “Well done is better than well said.” and “Speak little, do much.” [The meaning of these words is fairly easy to understand, but they serve as an excellent reminder to us. The things that we DO for others are so much more important than the things we SAY to others. In other words: “Actions Speak Louder Than Words.” So simple… but so very important to the relationships we are trying to build every day. These quotations are very relevant to me, especially because I am a very expressive or kind of a talkative person.
I think this is the most important character you can have because it will push you through life and help you become a more reliable and better person. This belief has come from a lot of adult figures in my life but mostly my dad. My dad is always telling me that even if the situation is as bad as it can get you should still always
Having a good bond and working together for long periods of time is a good way to build trust and respect, which is a defining key in such an important relationship. Good things about a working partnership are that you can ask advice for a more diverse thought process; you can bounce off of each other’s commitment and enthusiasm. But also be much more productive and time saving; which could also mean that it is a lot less stressful. 1.4: I think the biggest barrier in a partnership is a lack of communication. LSI Style Interpretations Learning ones strengths and weaknesses is the doorway to discovering how to become successful. This novel reveals how even though one may be part of a low status or class, good character, hard work and bravery can alter that rapidly and to this day, still can. Leadership style to Steve Jobs is alike. I love working with a great team therefore I would hire people with experience but is will to take a risk as well. By that I mean trying new things in the company that will bring in more revenue and to let go of past policy and procedures that has not worked in years. Mainly Frederick teaches himself and becomes an educated man (1018). Those two things are just the beginning of Douglass's new start in life and his transformation leading to becoming a free man. It seems that Frederick truly believes that everything happens for a reason.

Out of all the life skills I have learned, discipline has been the one that I have benefited from the most. I have acquired a lot of discipline through drill and ceremonies.
I don’t like the feeling of not succeeding or achieving anything. This is mostly a need for me with school, and striving to get good grades. Possessions are another stimulation that drives me. Certain belongings are very important to me and I like to have nice things. I would not say that I am spoiled because I work hard for the things that I have and am very appreciative.
2. You won’t always get what you want. – We don’t always get the role we wanted, go on pointe when we want, get the job we want, hear the compliments we want, make the money we want, see companies run the way we want, etc, etc. This teaches us humility and respect for the process, the art form and the masters we have chosen to teach us.
